Aviation is my reference library. I study aircraft, procedures, and airspace the way some people study maps, because every good simulation starts with respect for how the real thing works.

PBX systems are my quiet obsession: routing calls, configuring trunks, building voice networks, and making old telephone infrastructure do modern tricks. There's something satisfying about a box that talks.
